An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement when selling your property.
Our Assessors visit the property collecting information on the energy performance of the home, including the date built, construction type, size, the heating system and insulation. The assessment shows the cost of the fuel bills, how they could be reduced and the potential ratings the home could achieve.
How long will it take? The Energy Assessment will take approximately 45 minutes depending on the size of the property.
What are the benefits? By following the suggested recommendations, the owner of the property could save money on their fuel bills, and help reduce carbon emissions resulting in less environmental impact.
